Welcome to our glorious little haven tucked away in the North West of the Lake District.
Set in secluded and luscious grounds with a woodland, babbling brook and awesome views over the Lorton Fells, find our boutique B&B, events barn and the most beautiful Lake District Wedding Venue. Our 2024 calendar is almost full to the brim, but there's a couple of dates available towards the end of the year, so you better be quick!
For 2025 the diary is also almost full but we have a few dates still available and 2026/2027 are a go go.

MICHELIN STARRED SUPPER CLUB
We are thrilled to announce that on 5th December 2024 we'll be hosting another Michelin starred Taste Cumbria supper club with Cottage in the Wood.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 25th October, but be quick, they are sure to sell out fast!
Once again, the wonderfully talented Jack Bond of Cottage in the Wood will be cooking up a delicious five course meal with a snack to start and a welcome cocktail from us. It is set to be an utterly brilliant festive evening and all under the twinkly lights of the Lovable Old Barn – divine.
We are all just tinsy tiny bit excited!
YOU NEVER FORGET YOUR FIRST
Introducing Mr and Mrs Mather, our first couple to say 'I do' here at Low Hall and oh boy what a first wedding it was. From the glorious weather, to the bohemian goddess that was JJ with her bridesmaids and flowers that reflected the skies, to the team of dapper groomsmen led by the dapper Joe. The food was divine, the dancing was bold and the party went off to sweet soul sounds that started in the ceremony.
This was where it all began in 2018, most things weren't finished, our loos never existed and downstairs was a no go zone,
